Cooking method
1. Add 500cc of water (2 and a half bowls of water) into the pot and heat over high heat. When it boils, add the noodles
. 2. Wait for 3 minutes (stir the noodles while heating) and then unpack the vegetarian ginger duck soup. Add the bag
3. Bring to a boil over high heat and then turn off the heat (you can add cabbage or other ingredients to cook together to make the soup richer)

麵條係採自然根本單純的素材-麵粉及嚴選”五穀雜糧之王”稱呼的苦蕎麥(黃金蕎麥)搭配優質省產山藥製成,無添加任何防腐劑,係純手工製造,低溫處理,經自然日晒風乾,長時間熟成之麵食,口感Q,超潤滑,健康又美味!

1.麵條:麵粉、鹽、黃金蕎麥、白山藥粉、水。
2.素食薑母鴨湯包: 水、麻油(黑芝麻油、黃豆油、食用香料)、薑母、鮮菇高湯((黑豆發酵液(黑豆、糖、鹽)、水、鹽、酵母抽出物、香菇、杏鮑菇、猴頭菇、乾昆布))、綜合鮮蔬調味粉(麥芽糊精、酵母抽出物、水解植物蛋白、胡蘿蔔、香菇、糖、鹽)、桂皮、當歸、川芎、熟地、蔘鬚、青耆、維生素E(抗氧化劑)

烹調方式
1.鍋內加入500cc之水(2碗半水)後以大火加熱煮沸時即可投入麵條
